Terrific Tofu Ingredients
Instructions Heat large frying pan. Add oil, garlic, ½ package noodle seasoning and tofu. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes or until tofu is browned. Add peas, carrots, water and broken up ramen noodles along with rest of seasoning package. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 more minutes. Serves 4
